Questions about after your purchase:
Will any new merchant offers be added in the future and will those automatically be added to my phone?
Yes! As we add fundraising groups we also will be adding new merchants and they will be added on to your app. Offers are also subject to change.
Can my purchase be added to a new phone if my present phone gets damaged or replaced without additional cost?
Yes, all of the offers and past purchases are based on your phone number. If you current phone is damaged or you just simply upgrade, you will be able to access all the offers on your new phone as soon as you login.
How long will I have access to these offers?
Offers are generally availble on your phone for 12 months after your purchase. There are certain instances where additional offers will become available or when a merchant decides to change or remove their offer. You will be contacted when it's time to renew your offers, still supporting the same group you purchased it from.
Is my information shared with anyone?
No, we do not rent, sell or share your information with any other groups.
